And Allah (God) has indeed made the
Qur'an easy to understand and remember, then is there any that will
remember?

Allah (God)
Almighty states in this Qur'anic verse that He has made the
Qur'an easy to read and understand by people, this includes by
necessity that the Noble Qur'an should be a comprehensive book
which means that it should be understood without the need for
any other book. Thus it can be concluded from this that the
Noble Qur'an should be the best explanatory book for itself,
since it is illogical for Allah (God) to ask every person to
have volumes of man written books because this may not be
possible due to financial matters or other matters.
